So I finally went out with ex colleague last night. Was in group so difficult to talk at first. But got to ask her at the end of the night.

She was a bit drunk by then. Admitted it was happening. Didn't tell me because she knew I liked her. Said that it was fizzling out now but not because of her. He's stopped responding to her texts. She said she was trying to move on but if he texted her she knew she would go to him.
