1. Accept you are a wimp. It doesn't matter if you go to the gym and build your body up. That does not measure what makes a real man. No matter how many uscles you have or what confidence course you go on you will never compete with a real man. So stop trying and accept it.
2. If you like a girl that's ok. Just know that when a real man comes along she will forget you in a second. No matter how nice you think she is a real man will awaken something in her that you cannot.
3. The rules are not fair accept that and move on. So he is fucking a girl you adore and it is no big deal to him. Of course it isn't. A real man does not worry like you do that he will never get laid again. He knows he has what a woman needs and with the likes of us around as an alternative he will never be short of women who want that.
